Terms & Conditions 2018

SEASONS  

Low:       January 11th to May 31th (exclude Easter & Chinesse New Year)
Shoulder :  June 1st to 30th and September 1st to December 19th
High:      July 1st to August 31th And Chinesse New Year ( Feb 16th – 22nd )
Peak:     December 20th to January 10th, Christmas And Easter ( April 1st – 7th )

PAYMENTS

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by Chimera Villas within five (5) working days after the confirmation of the reservation as been given. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will automatically be cancelled.

Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings). If the balance payment is not received by the due date, Chimera Villas reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the clients deposit.

In the case of bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within five (5) working days, or on arrival, whichever comes first.

For last minute bookings (within 5 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.  In the case of last minute bookings where the Agent has confirmed a booking with Chimera Villas however Chimera Villas has yet to receive the deposit and or final payment, the Agent remains responsible for all fees until full payment is received from the client.

All payments must be made in US dollars. Payments options are:

Telegraphic Transfer:  All charges incurred for telegraphic transfer transactions will be paid by the client. Please note that in addition to the sending bank, fees may also be levied by the receiving banks.

Credit Card:  All payments made by credit card (Visa and Master Card ) will be subject to a 3% additional charge and for AMEX will be subject to a 5% additional charge..

Payments by Traveler’s Cheques, other currencies or personal cheques, will not be accepted.

In the case of last minute bookings, where is it difficult for the client to make a deposit by TT, we will accept cash on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

If the reservation is cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings), deposits will be refunded in full less US$200.00 OR 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater). Please note that if multiple villas are booked, a cancellation fee will be applied for each individual villa.

Reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate for the loss of other potential bookings.  Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.  Final payments are non-refundable.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 12:00 noon on the day of the arrival. Our check out time is 12:00 noon unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability upon request.

MINIMUM NIGHT’S STAY REQUIREMENTS

The minimum stay requirement during Low Season is three (3) nights. The minimum stay requirement during High Season is five (5) nights and the minimum stay requirement during Peak Season is seven (7) nights. Please note any exceptions to this condition will be considered on a case by case basis.

VILLA CAPACITY

The numbers of persons occupying each Villa must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. Chimera Villas reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property concerned. The maximum occupancy for a two bedroom Villa is four (4) adults & two (2) children. The maximum occupancy for a three bedroom Villa is six (6) adults & three (3) children, Four bedrooms villa is eight ( 8 ) adult & four ( 4 ) children.

CHILDREN POLICY

Our Children’s policy is to provide one (1) extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one (1) child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

BREAKFAST

The Chimera Villas breakfast is inclusive in the nightly accommodation rate.  Any other breakfast items which are selected outside of the Chimera Villas Breakfast, will be charged to the guest accordingly.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Wireless internet access is inclusive in the nightly accommodation rate.  For guests who do not have a laptop or who have a laptop where wireless access is not available to them, dial up internet charges incurred will be charged to the guest.

EVENTS/PARTIES

Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times, and to treat villa property and villa staff with care and respect.
Guests are requested to respect neighbouring villa guests, local neighbours, and staff of neighbouring establishments By staying with Chimera Villas Bali, guests agree not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, or act in a way that causes offence to other guests or Chimera Villas Bali staff members.
As we are villa complexs, with local neighborhood for party and loud music only allow until 10 pm or the delay is 11pm.
Chimera Villas Bali reserves the right and/or remove you with any members of your party from the villa if we consider this rule have been broken.
In these particular cases, Chimera Villas Bali has absolutely no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, to refund you for your booked package,
We please you  find  alternate accommodation.

DAMAGE/LOSSES

Chimera Villas Bali reserves the right to charge your credit for any damage incurred to your room or  the villa or any Chimera Villas Bali property during your stay, including any specialist cleaning necessary, or for any items that are broken and/or missing when you leave.  Upon booking with us, you hereby give chimera Villas Bali authority to charge you for any damages incurred.

LIABILITY

Chimera Villas will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the guest or any member of the guest’s party during their stay.
